Nazi Flag Fix

This will fix the "nazi" flag in RnL and turn it into a true nazi flag with the swastika. No, this is not racist it historically accurate.

    If i could i would :) I can map, but i know 0 about skinning and texturing.

    Download vtfedit and gimp and read up on some tutorials. They are simple to use and both of those are free.
